🔄 30-Day Return Policy

At SpeedySnuggles, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

⏳ Return Window:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

✅ Item Condition:
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.(we only accept returns for items that have arrived damaged)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene or customization reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.( if the package is opened and you damage it, it may not be returnable)

CUSTOM Designs will not be returnable no matter the situation.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, contact us at speedysnuggles@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions and a return authorization.

💵 Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

🚚 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
